More than the shape

More than the shape that we are all trying to attain are the benefits we amazingly get from eyeing that fitness in our entire being. Personally, sometimes, I felt like buying best affordable shapewear I could find sets my mood. Like yeah, did you get me? I make sure that all that I have to do is something that has a good effect on my holistic well-being. Well, that means being healthy physically, mentally, emotionally and psychologically.

Physically. Fitness make us conscious and listen to our bodies. If we eat unhealthily, we can feel it and when we take healthy food, we can much more feel it that it makes us happy.

Mentally. Going to work-out sessions help us achieve focus. We count 1-2-3s and tadah, we felt like it is the most productive seconds we ever gotten. Achieving focus moreover brings us to bigger things and growth.

Emotionally. Being mentally focused gave us achievements, both little and small, that sparks our mood. Can you observe? Deciding on having that cake after a hard day’s work is more meaningful than when we randomly pick one after having groceries. The way we do our activities through our creative mind boosts our mood and makes us smile.

Psychologically. Fitness has something to do with our mind and body. If we make the mind and body work together excellently, it will bring us to places and experiences where we will not feel fear, embarrassment and worries.

Similar with you, sometimes I felt like losing grip on my fitness journey because we have other things to do that we felt like more important. But I hope that this article remind us that our whole being deserves to be worked on as well.
