2016 HLIS Round Up

The same to the prior years, 2016 has never been perfect. I had my fair share of struggle and pain this year that made it an epitome of acceptance, forgiveness, growth and maturity. However, compared to all of those years, I have been most blessed in 2016. Might be, when you have stumbled on my last 2015 post, I stated there that I was more than excited to meet 2016 and indeed God has His reasons.

So, let me round up few people and things which made 2016 worth the ride.

 

Family.

My family is my everything. You might not know them through pictures because I prefer not to post the most important things in my life online (and we haven’t done my plan of photoshoot yet), but they have been my constants. I thank God for giving me a family that supports me in every endeavor I aim to pursue.

Friends.

The Lord God must prefer not to give me sibs because He knows I could have so many friends in this life. To the people who I call bestfriends, you know who you are, thank you so much for being there for me.

My Best Frienemy.

For being an inspiration. I hope you are already happy out there. Imy.

 

PIA Family.

I started my year by looking forward on entering this office. I can still remember when I dream of being part of this team since the time I applied, and I thank God for giving me the opportunity to work in Philippine Information Agency. You know what, our daily work contributes so much on how we see life. By working in PIA, it is not just a job for me, but a way towards embracing my passion and exercising my social responsibility to my fellow countrymen. I love how my job shapes me. It has been a tough roller coaster of a ride for a year already and I can say, I am still learning, I have not overcome disciplining and adjusting myself to beating deadlines and hard tasks, but amidst, I am praying that I would do better in the near future. Here’s to another year of creating long checklists and being happy on the check marks!

 

CDO Bloggers.

After submitting three application letters, I am already a member. Yay! The development of this blog is because of this blogging organization (based here in Cagayan de Oro). Life is beyond enjoyable because of them. I love it when I know the new in the city that I lived in. I love it when I blog to engage in a mission. I like it when I was able to pursue my blogging dream, even I am still on my baby steps. To this year’s CDO Bloggers Officers and Board of Directors, thank you so much for believing that I could do something.

Readers.

Through the years, you have been with me. I cannot thank you enough. Your words in my e-mails and FB Messengers mean a lot.

to the Almighty Father who made everything possible. I am not a perfect child of Yours and You have forgiven my stubbornness. I’m all Yours.
